Shadrack K. Mbuta is a trained Urban Planner, GIS expert as well as environmental planning and management expert with over 10 years of experience. He is a holder of M.sc Geographic Information Systems (GIS) from the University of Nairobi and B.A (Urban and Regional Planning) from the University of Nairobi.

He also holds a Certificate in Environmental Impact Assessment and Environmental Audit from Africa Nazarene University. Over the years, he has gained a wealth of experience and skills in the fields of GIS, Spatial planning, Environmental planning, environmental impact assessment, and environmental audit. He is a Registered Lead Expert with the National Environment Management Authority (NEMA).

Some of the projects he has been involved in include the Preparation of Integrated Strategic Urban Development Plans for 11 towns and the County Spatial Plan (CSP) in Muranga and Kiambu within the Nairobi Metropolitan Region (NMR). He was the
environmental lead expert in the Strategic Environmental and Social Assessment (SESA) for the proposed Plans for 11 towns and County Spatial Plan (CSP) in Muranga and Kiambu within the Nairobi Metropolitan Region (NMR).

Gideon is a seasoned finance professional with over 16 years’ experience in financial management, financial modelling and financial planning. He has been involved in initial feasibility studies, fundraising as well as refinancing of debt facilities for real estate projects in East Africa.

Charles is a holder of Bsc (Hons) Surveying and Photogrammetry from University of Nairobi 1985. He has previously worked for Ministry of Water Resources for twelve (12) years as a surveyor. He is a registered surveyor and a member of Institution of Surveyors of Kenya.

He has undertaken successful land subdivision and survey work for some of the leading developers in Kenya such as Two Rivers, Acorn group, Vipingo Development Limited, World Trade Centre (Ngong road) among many other developers in Kenya especially those that are in the business of selling undeveloped land.

Doreen W. Mwau is an Advocate of the High of Kenya. She  holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Nairobi and a Post Graduate Diploma from Kenya School of Law. She is the founder of D.W Mwau & Company Advocates which is a medium sized law firm.

She has a wealth of experience in conveyancing,  commercial law and mediation. These are her main areas of practice in which she has distingushed herself. She has represented both local and international clients in high value and complex transactions ranging from real estate transactions, loan financing transactions, commercial leases and purchase and sale of various properties. She also represents clients ranging from County governments to individuals involved in serious civil and criminal disputes both before courts and tribunals.
