Shadrack K. Mbuta is a trained Urban Planner, GIS expert as well as environmental planning and management expert with over 10 years of experience. He is a holder of M.sc Geographic Information Systems (GIS) from the University of Nairobi and B.A (Urban and Regional Planning) from the University of Nairobi.
He also holds a Certificate in Environmental Impact Assessment and Environmental Audit from Africa Nazarene University. He is a Registered Lead Expert with the National Environment Management Authority (NEMA).
